Despite its mere 30-second length, this nifty TV Spot for "Les Miserables" offers a powerful feast for the eyes. It also reveals some exciting new footage from the highly anticipated film adaptation of the beloved staged musical. And it looks like Oscar-winning director Tom Hooper decided to really crank up the visuals when recreating 19th-century France. During this upcoming awards season, it's pretty obvious that all attention will be focused on Hugh Jackman, Amanda Seyfried, Russell Crowe and Anne Hathaway (who's likely a shoe-in for a supporting actress nomination). But we wouldn't be surprised if cinematographer Danny Cohen gets some recognition too, he definitely earns a pat on the back from what we see in this spot.
