Gumby Has Died At The Age Of 85

 Ok... So maybe it's not the actual clay figurine himself Gumby but the radio and television voice-over star Dick Beals has died at the age of 85.Beals was the original voice of the title character on "The Gumby Show" in the late 1950s. He also was the unseen pitchman in more than 3,000 commercials for such products as Speedy Alka-Seltzer, Oscar Mayer and Campbell's Soup and voice of the Davey in the television series "Davey and Goliath."
