G.I.Joe Joins Forces With EA

Following the news we reported earlier today about upcoming Electronic Arts video games in the works that will be based on Hasbro properties, we got to thinking when or would we see EA do video games based on two of Hasbro's biggest action figure lines G.I.Joe and Transformers. So we went and asked, and according to Electronic Arts representatives’, the Transformers license still sits with Activision, who brought us games based on the hit Transformers Movie last year. The license for G.I.Joe video games however has gone to EA. No actual video game has yet to be announced; however with a sure to be summer block-buster movie coming in 2009, we are sure it's only a matter of time till the game announcement comes.
