Just as we promised and said in an earlier post that a mysterious crate from Stark Enterprises will be opened to unveil the complete Iron Man Mark I suit here at the Comic Con and that time has finally arrived...
Paramount Pictures and Marvel Entertainment Present A Marvel Studios Production A Jon Favreau Movie Executive Producers Peter Billingsley Louis D'Esposito Jon Favreau, Ari Arad David Maisel Stan Lee Produced by Avi Arad Kevin Feige Screenplay by Mark Fergus & Hawk Ostby and Art Marcum & Matt Holloway Based on the Marvel Comic Directed by Jon Favreau Cast: Robert Downey Jr., Terrence Howard, Jeff Bridges and Gwyneth Paltrow Synopsis: Paramount Pictures and Marvel Studios' big screen adaptation of Marvel's legendary Super Hero Iron Man will launch into theaters on May 2, 2008. Oscar(R) nominee Robert Downey Jr. stars as Tony Stark/Iron Man in the story of a billionaire industrialist and genius inventor who is kidnapped and forced to build a devastating weapon. Instead, using his intelligence and ingenuity, Tony builds a high-tech suit of armor and escapes captivity. When he uncovers a nefarious plot with global implications, he dons his powerful armor and vows to protect the world as Iron Man. The film also stars Oscar(R) winner Gwyneth Paltrow and Oscar(R) nominees Terrance Howard and Jeff Bridges and will be directed by Jon Favreau. Release: May 2, 2008 This film is not yet rated.
