The Simpsons Continue To Sit Atop Global Box-Office

THE SIMPSONS MOVIE remains the top draw at the international box-office for a third successive week, taking a further $23.2 million (£11.6 million) over the weekend (10-12Aug07).
The big screen adventures of Homer Simpson and family continued to dominate cinemas in territories outside the U.S., bringing its total global haul to $230 million (£115 million). Harry Potter And The Order Of The Phoenix climbs back up a place to number two after taking $21 million (£10.5 million), while Ratatouille is at three with $19.2 million (£9.6 million).
