Kidrobot To Become A Movie Star

 Paramount Pictures has signed a deal with Wildbrain to turn their line of Kidrobot branded collectible character creations into a series of feature movies that will be a mix of both animation and live action.Produced by Scott Aversano, these movies will be released through the Nickelodeon Movies family label. Wildbrain’s prexy-CEO Charles Rivkin and head of creative Bob Higgins along with Kidrobot prexy-founder Paul Budnitz will be executive producers on this project. For those not familiar with Kidrobot, they are a line of limited edition urban-vinyl collectible figures designed by Budnitz, and then painted by a group of graffiti and graphic artists and musicians. The figures along with an apparel line are sold primarily in the Kidrobot stores which are located in New York, L.A., San Francisco and Miami. Source: Paramount Pictures MORE movies NEWS
