Scream 4 - Lauren Graham Leaves, Alison Brie Joins & More Character Information

 We reported earlier about Adam Brody, Marley Shelton and Erik Knudsen joining the cast of "Scream 4" but now we are reporting that there has been another cast change.According to Ghouls On Film, Lauren Graham is leaving the project due to "date conflict and script changes." Graham was going to play Kate, the mother of Emma Roberts‘ character Jill Kessler. No word on who will replace Graham in the project, which is currently filming. More information about the casting roles for Adam Brody, Marley Shelton and Erik Knudsen. Marley Shelton is taking the role Lake Bell had been negotiating. Erik Knudsen will play the kid who knows horror movies and cliches inside and out, and will be comic relief and Adam Brody, will be a cop recently graduated from college who was raised on the “CSI” TV series.
