Jeremy Renner Offered 'Snake Plissken' Role For 'Escape From New York' Remake

 According to MovieWeb, an offer was made to Jeremy Renner to star as 'Snake Plissken' for the upcoming "Escape From New York" remake.This comes from the latest issue of Production Weekly and it was stated that the actor hasn't said if he has or has not accept the role but filming would start in the first quarter of 2011 and it being directed by Breck Eisner from a script by Allan Loeb.
