Benicio Del Toro Drops Out Of 'Star Trek' Sequel

 According to Vulture, the talks between director J.J. Abrams and Benicio Del Toro have come to an unsuccessful end after parties couldn't come to terms over monetary issues. For some time, it was rumor-based that Del Toro would be taking on role of Khan but Abrams dismissed the rumor when he spoke with HitFix and confirmed that Del Toro would not be playing Khan.Abrams will now have to move quickly to fill the role and the sequel is currently scheduled to begin in January, when shooting on the untitled next installment will begin.
