Warner Bros. Set Release Dates For 'Lego' And '42'

 Warner Bros. has set the release dates for the computer-animated adventure Lego and the Jackie Robinson biopic 42.Lego is a computer-animated adventure that will feature some classic and some new characters from the world of the construction toys. Directed by Phil Lord & Christopher Miller, who also wrote the screenplay and is set to hit the big screen in 3D on February 28, 2014. The Jackie Robinson biopic 42 is based upon the Brooklyn Dodgers Hall of Famer becoming the first black player in Major League Baseball. Harrison Ford stars as Dodgers GM Branch Rickey and Chadwick Boseman plays Robinson. Shooting is set to begin next month in Alabama, Georgia and Chattanooga, Tenn., where that city’s Engel Stadium will stand in for the Dodgers’ former New York home Ebbets Field with Brian Heigeland directing from his own script. 42 will be released on April 12, 2013.
