Chris Hemsworth Back In The #1 Spot With Snowwhite And The Huntsman

Actor Chris Hemsworth finds himself back in the number 1 spot at the US box office with his newest movie "Snow White and the Huntsman" which opened this weekend with an estimated take of $56 million. "MIB 3" dropped to the number two spot in its second week with an estimated take of $29.3 million, and "Marvel's The Avengers" lands in the number 3 spot with an estimated take of $20.2 million.

Rounding out the top 5 this weekend are Hasbro's "Battleship" with an estimated take of $4.8 million, and Sacha Baron Cohen's "The Dictator" which came in at number 5 with an estimated take of $4.7 million.

The ten estimated top-producing motion pictures for the weekend, per data collected as of Sunday, June 3, 2012 include:

1. Snow White and the Huntsman: $56,255,000
2. MIB 3: $29,300,000
3. Marvel's The Avengers: $20,273,000
4. Battleship: $4,810,000
