Dreamworks To Release 'Need For Speed' For EA

 We reported that Scott Waugh has been offered the job of directing Need For Speed, the DreamWorks adaptation of the EA video game. Dreamworks denied anything of it at the time but now the studio has changed their mind and has acquired the feature film rights to EA’s video game franchise, Need for Speed. George and John Gatins have devloped the original story with George writing the screenplay and Scott Waugh will be attached to direct.
