The Bourne Legacy - Three New TV Spots
Reported by Outsiders - 06:24 PM 2012.07.07

Here's two 30-second TV Spots and a 15-second Spot for the upcoming action thriller "The Bourne Legacy" starring Jeremy Renner as Aaron Cross, a new character that takes over the highly successful Bourne franchise. Set to open nationwide on August 10th, the fourth installment is set as a parallel story to "The Bourne Ultimatum," which sees Edward Norton as a villainous government agent forced to close down the assassin program that created Jason Bourne. This means everybody involved must be eliminated, including the rogue CIA operative Cross (Renner) and a female scientist (Rachel Weisz).

In The Bourne Legacy, writer/director Tony GIlroy expands the Bourne universe created by Robert Ludlum with an original story that introduces us to a new hero (Jeremy Renner) whose life-or-death stakes have been triggered by the events of the first three films. For The Bourne Legacy, Renner joins fellow series newcomers Rachel Weisz, Edward Norton, Stacy Keach and Oscar Isaac, while franchise veterans Albert Finney, Joan Allen, David Strathairn and Scott Glenn reprise their roles.
