Kristen Bell Would Finance The 'Veronica Mars' Movie

 Kristen Bell is serious about bringing the TV show she starred in, "Veronica Mars," to the big screen that she "absolutely would" finance the film herself -- if Warner Bros. would release the property."It's a business and the sad truth is that ... they're not going to relinquish the rights to something and let us do it." "We really have to do it with them because they own it." The teenage detective series, created by Rob Thomas ("90210," "Party Down"), ran for three seasons from 2004-07 and co-starred Percy Daggs III and Jason Dohring. Bell noted that she'd be open to doing a Web series, but thinks the series deserves to be sent up with a bigger treatment. "I would be down with doing a Web series," she said. "I think, and I don't speak for anyone else but myself, but I think that they want it grand because it is deserving of being on the big screen.
