And for those of you who don't mind, you'll will get a glimpse at a nerdy-looking, and shaggy blond Tom Hanks, circa 1975. Watch Hanks as he narrates the scene, while sitting in an airplane and writing in his journal. Doesn't sound spoilery? Just wait. The clip also demonstrates how the movie weaves together multiple parallel storylines. If you don't know by now, the film is an adaptation of David Mitchell's acclaimed novel that tells six dimensional-spanning stories that jump from the 19th century to a post-apocalyptic future. We get a good taste of that in this snippet.
