J.J Abrams Talks Star Trek Into Darkness - This Movie Was Not Made For Star Trek Fans

J.J. Abrams sat down with MTV and talked about the upcoming Star Trek Into Darkness. Abrams says that they didn't make this movie for Star Trek fans or even fans of the last Trek film but for movie fans. He does go on to say that there is a lot of stuff in there for Trek fans to like. When it comes to the movies Villain now named John Harrison played by actor Benedict Cumberbatch, Abrams says, "The whole thing, not just his backstory but his agenda, his plan, his secret, all of that, is what makes him a frightening and cool villain," See the entire interview below:
