The trailer has been released for the upcoming nail-biter "The Call," starring Oscar-winning actress Halle Berry as a curly-haired 911 operator who becomes the last hope for a frantic teenage girl (Abigail Breslin) who, after being abducted by a serial killer, finds herself trapped inside the trunk of a moving car.
Directed by Brad Anderson, the film appears to be another white-knuckled yarn from the helmer, who has built a career making suspense-filled thrillers -- including 2004's cult hit "The Machinist" which starred a pencil-thin Christian Bale. "The Call" opens in theaters on March 15th.
When veteran 911 operator, Jordan (Halle Berry), takes a life-altering call from a teenage girl (Abigail Breslin) who has just been abducted, she realizes that she must confront a killer from her past in order to save the girl's life.
The Call stars Halle Berry, Abigail Breslin, Morris Chestnut, Michael Eklund, Michael Imperioli, Jose Zuniga, David Otunga
