The family-adventure film stars Dane Cook (who replaces John Cryer) as Dusty, a fast-flying crop duster that dreams of flying in a race around the world. Things start to look up, when Dusty happens to come across a veteran naval aviator named Skipper (Stacy Keach) who agrees to train him to not only enter, but win the race of his dreams.
