Escape Plan - Theatrical Trailer

Reported by Outsiders - 2013.06.27

If "The Expendables" franchise left you wanting more Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger, don't fret. You'll soon get both of them in the breaking-out-of-prison thriller "Escape Plan." Here, Stallone plays a top-notch security expert who unexpectedly gets abducted and thrown inside a state-of-the-art jailhouse. Though not clear why he was back-stabbed in the first place, Sly soon befriends a veteran convict (Schwarzenegger), who offers his help in escaping the high-tech facility. Jim Caviezel plays the evil prison warden, who is somehow connected to the conspiracy that's keeping Sly locked up.

Along with plenty of explosions, gun battles, and fist fights, the film's debut trailer shows a grey-haired Arnold in quintessential one-liner mode, "you hit like a vegetarian," but Sly gets the final word "I'm going to burn this place to the ground." Check out all the craziness, above.

One of the world's foremost authorities on structural security agrees to take on one last job: breaking out of an ultra-secret, high-tech facility called "The Tomb.” Deceived and wrongly imprisoned, Ray Breslin (Sylvester Stallone) must recruit fellow inmate Emil Rottmayer (Arnold Schwarzenegger) to help devise a daring, nearly impossible plan to escape from the most protected and fortified prison ever built.

Escape Plan stars Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jim Caviezel, Amy Ryan, Vincent D'Onofrio, Vinnie Jones, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson

Release: October 18th, 2013
