Riddick - Three New TV Spots

Reported by Outsiders - 2013.08.02

Long before he played the speed-demon carjacker, Dominic Toretto, in the highly-successful "Fast and Furious" movies, action-star Vin Diesel was Riddick, the goggle-wearing Furyan warrior whose savage skills got him out of some scary situations. Now, after completing two movies and an animated short almost a decade ago, Diesel will be attempting to revive his sci-fi horror franchise with the back-to-the-basics, adrenaline-packed thriller "Riddick."

The ferocious anti-hero is again stranded on a desolated planet with beastly creatures. And as you will see from these newly-released TV spots (embedded above), there's a couple of things aiming for Riddick's head -- "bounty hunters, assassins ... the whole damn planet wanted a piece of me."

The infamous Riddick has been left for dead on a sun-scorched planet that appears to be lifeless. Soon, however, he finds himself fighting for survival against alien predators more lethal than any human he's encountered. The only way off is for Riddick to activate an emergency beacon and alert mercenaries who rapidly descend to the planet in search of their bounty.

Riddick stars Vin Diesel, Karl Urban, Jordi Molla, Matt Nable, Katee Sackhoff, Bokeem Woodbine, Dave Bautista, Conrad Pla, Raoul Trujillo, Nolan Funk, Keri Hilson

Release: September 6th, 2013
