Images Of Kelly Hu As 'China White' From CW's 'Arrow'

Reported by Outsiders - 2012.09.28

We have been reporting for awhile that we would see a cast of comic characters in the new CW series, Arrow. Starring Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen, the ruthless and dedicated vigilante Green Arrow who will face off against China White, a featured villain in "Green Arrow: Year One." In the book, she's the leader of a heroin cartel. In the TV series, things take a different twist. China White is being played by Kelly Hu and Zap2It was able to secure some images from the episode showing her fighting Green Arrow. Check out the images and description of the episode which Hu will appear in.

China White (Kelly Hu) will first appear in episode 2. In the episode, Oliver (Amell) has to go to the courthouse to get his death certificate repealed. There, he finds former love Laurel (Katie Cassidy), who is prosecuting Martin Somers, a criminal with ties to the Chinese Triad. When Martin orders the Triad's top mercenary, China White, to "take care" of Laurel, you can bet there will be an epic face-off between China White and The Green Arrow.
