Arrow - Images Of Colton Haynes & A Special Valentine's eCard

Colton Haynes will make his debut appearance on the upcoming "Dodger" episode of Arrow and will play a pickpocket named Roy Harper who naturally mixes things up with Oliver's (Stephen Amell) kid sister, Thea (Willa Holland).
The episode features 'Thea has her purse stolen while working with Laurel (Katie Cassidy) and eventually comes face-to-face with Roy Harper. Harper is described as a handsome, street-savvy teen from the Glades, the poverty-stricken area of Starling City who winds up being the object of affection for Thea, despite her own misgivings and those of her family.'
