Miami Vice

If you were a fan of the 80's television series, then overall I think you will enjoy this movie. The momemnt the movie starts, it feels like you are just watching a 2 hour television episode. Jamie Foxx and Colin Farrell stayed very true to the characters they were portraying. Of course this should really be no surprise since Michael Mann is the same guy who did the orginal tv series and this new movie.

Now if you were never into the orginal tv series, then im not sure you would bother with this movie anyway, however if you do im affraid you might have some problem getting into the movie. It really doesn't do much to introduce the characters to those who aren't already familiar with them.

Overall if you were already a Miami Vice fan, then I think this is a DVD that you will want to add to your library of movies.
