Knight Rider "Journey to the End of Knight"

Tonight's episode, titled "Journey to the End of Knight", finds Mike (Justin Bruening) infiltrating a street racing gang to uncover a plot to smuggle top secret goverment hardware. This episode was an improvement over last week with more time focused on the characters and less on the special effects. However, the episode still had several un-needed transforming scenes - like when Kitt apparently had to transform in order to win a race.

I would not characterize tonight's episode as great, but it was enough of a move in the right direction (getting back to the essence of the original Knight Rider) that I will be back next week.
