Battlestar's James Callis Guest-Stars On Arrow

 TVGuide.com is reporting that Battle Star Galactica star James Callis (Gaius Baltar) will be making a guest-star appearance on The CW's DC Comics based series ARROW. He will be playing a character called The Dodger, an elusive international jewel thief who imposes his plans on the innocent, forcing them to carry out his crimes under duress.
